Here I want to share my thoughts and I hope other people can read it and partisipate from it.
In my second business as a trader, I get almost more inquiries then I can handle. I want the company to grow for many reasons.
And I thought, more inquires means more orders. So I found a partner who (beside) me promotes us in my country.
We frequently promoted my companies services and expertise to potential clients, in the way we can do it. The result was good, that’s what I thought, more and more companies inquired to us, as mentioned above.
But now I am very busy keeping up my standard sending offers out. Because I am the one who does the sourcing and negotiates the quotes with suppliers. What currently happens is actually the opposite of what I wanted in the first place. I spend more time in order to get my workload (of inquiries) done. But the actual number of orders did not increase (yet).
This situation produces a conflict, I wish to serve my clients in the best possible way I can. One standard I set is, inquiries which come in directly via Email from the client. (Not over our website inquiry form), will be managed fee of charge. I believe if I serve well, the reputation will bring in more clients and with them more orders.
With more orders, more money will be available to offer people the opportunity to join my company as staff or Partner or representative in other countries.
I had doubts to go on sending out my quotes to clients for free. Because of the above mentioned situation (more work, no increasment of orders).
Thanks to Tony here, he reminds me, that action without a strategy to back up the results will probably not produce the result we want. I will think about my current schedule and have a straight talk with my partner and we will develope a strategy which supports us to reach the result we want. I wish everybody who faces difficulties in this time, the stregths to hold on, keep up the good work and believe in yourself.
Just want to say thanks for all the help and guidence bring out the life I never seen from my perspective.

What if there is one strategy that leaves all other out? One that turns anyone to there optimal learning ability, without having to strain things? Instead of pushing, confronting people to set high or optimal standards.
There is some absolute truth in all what you say or do. On the other hand is in following your strategy a limiting contradiction, based on the principle of operant conditioning.
Here is the reason why you cannot bring up easiness and get people to live in their natural state of creative indifference (the state which is needed to actually learn): the moment someone is told or telling oneself that someone is lacking success (or whatever other goal one could strive for), and someone acts out from this point of view, anything one does legitimates, confirms and activates the view that someone lacks succes. It is a paradox that keeps someone running in a continuous self fulfilling prophecy and one will push harder to get succes, will buy more books and seminar seats, until someone realizes better to let go and find out themselves. If you really want to help people, instead of just making your own succes, you should find a way to help people breaking that circle first. Otherwise, you are selling nothing but illusions…
Thank you Tony! Not normally an impulse buyer, but saw “Get the Edge” three months ago and ordered it only seeing three minutes of info. Wow, what this has lead me to! It has helped turn my fear about risk taking into strategy and excitement regarding building my new private practice. From GTE I bought the “Ultimate Relationship” program for professionals, got hooked and wanted to learn more about strategies for helping couples, emailed Cloe Madanes to inquire about trainings, now I find myself flying to CA for trainings. I have also decided to add coaching to my skill set. This is CRAZY exciting for me (never been to CA or very far from rural upstate NY) and it all happened just three months ago. So again, thank you for the inspiration, knowledge and motivation. Oh, and can’t forget, I now have a dream/goal to go to Figi with my husband and have Namale wallpaper to help manifest for someday! Live with passion!

Many things you say resonate with me.
Not only that, but I see it everywhere I look. Like my brain sees nothing else but what I can achieve which will truly fulfill me. Like a homing pigeon, I plucked up Conversations with God (the novel) - don’t know why, I don’t go to church. Action, action, action - change starts when you ‘do’. So, I’m going to research how to copy other people who have achieved something similar.
I achieved my dream and it feels empty as though I’ve changed my mind. I realise that I have to take more action and change my approach, fine tune what I will have, who I am.
I have a big problem though. I am asking you to help me figure out how to unlock whatever it is holding me back because I KNOW I have unlimited potential. Specifically, the problem is fear, inner conflicts etc, which I keep resolving like a plant breaking through hard soil. I want to help people, help heal them as well as other things.
I lost 66 pounds in one year. The old me is gone. I feel myself creating all the time and I purposely live today as I dreamed my fantasies would be.
Which is why I’m writing this and asking for help.

It doesn’t take strategy to have a child–in fact, it’s usually quite the opposite (it takes strategy to avoid pregnancy).
Modeling is a wonderful and useful thing, but is value-neutral. What outcomes we choose to value are critical.
Overall this is a decent video, although I wouldn’t say life is unlimited by any means, yet life can certainly be improved with more useful strategies.
You always speed me up. Your mental clarity in breaking what you teach into small little TIPS is absolutely amazingly CREATIVE, well organized and beautifully easy. You make the difficult processes seem very EASY. GOD BLESS YOU!
