Great video and I love that book. So true, as a psychlogy therapist I often ask clients what they drink and am not surprised with how bad they are feeling, when I hear how they are depriving their body of water!

I just wanted to thank you for years of your encouragement throughout my journey. Thought you would like to know that when I first committed to weight loss, I was over 450 lbs. and that now I am at 279.6 lbs. and I am losing about 2 lbs per week. I have not regained any of the weight. It has been kept off. There are many things that I do in my program but the one constant has been your books and tapes and audios and I even feel like I feel your prayers and thoughts sent my way! Thank you again for all you do and for all it has and does mean in my life! There is much more that has happened….but this is enough for this moment! Thank you, though, will never be enough! What a great message. I have a friend in the medical field and she’s been telling me the eating principal you discussed for a meal. Her example is, One fist size of protein, one fist size of carbs, and one flat hand of vegtables. I would like to know your thoughts on green tea.
Why don’t you listen to one of your tapes on weight! I found it odd that you mentioned you had a problem with your weight. You have people on your infomericals talking about how they lost weight listening to your tapes. You don’t live by your own advise.

Sage, thank you for your transparency in stating your weight. I know many women who wouldn’t dare say their weight if it was over 110 or something like that because of all the negative training our culture has imposed.

I drink 3-4 liters a day and my weight is 135. I can tell the difference on days that I slack off on drinking water. I’m tired and my muscles are sore and stiff. I do add Dr. Young’s alkaline salts and drops to my water to increase the alkalinity even more. Plus at least one of the liters is a green drink.
This simple idea of increasing my water has made a huge difference in my health. I have you to thank for it. You guys rock!!
This video is great. I am on day 4th of “The Body You Deserve” and already feel more energized and optimistic.
One thing I would like to ask/suggest you:
1) Can you elaborate a bit more about the mixing signals the brain is sending out and how to overcome this situation? How do we cement the right idea into our brains?
You certainly gives us the tools to realize how the brain is conflicted about 2 ideas, but how do we use these tools?
I have anxiety (and yes, I am a bit ashamed admitting it). I used to be such a positive thinker…and I accomplished a lot just because I actually thought I could do it. However, I had a panic attack back in 1995 and now, I find myself a pessimistic, always thinking about death and existential questions. And you know what? I am tired. Exhausted.
While I listened to day 2 in The Body You Deserve (when you talk about mixing signals), something in me happened. I started hoping. You said that we hurt ourselves by thinking that a particular situation is permanent, and that makes sense.
Very helpful video! Mr. Robbins, you have been a huge inspiration and I must say that attending your seminar recently in Toronto has been a life changing experience. I’m sure you receive millions of compliments a day, however, that will not stop me from letting you know what an impact you have had on me and my family. In my opinion, you have, and will continue to have an impact like individuals such as Mother Teresa, the Dalai Lama, and Princess Diana. It’s amazing how many people you have touched and how passionate you are about your mission. Thank you for everything that you do!
Hi Tony, thanks for the vid. At your UPW events you always remind us to take a “sip” of water, so that means just a little not the whole bottle at once. Does this also apply to the “half the body weight” principle for drinking water? Cause if that’s so, boy I don’t know if I can do my job normally anymore!
Great reminder and message. Because of your “EDGE” tapes I invested in many years ago I learned about this from you and started to eat and drink live greens and drink water and as a result felt better than ever. I’m sure it saved my life as I was extremely acidic and always tired.
Thanks to you I’ve been alkalizing for a couple of years now and I can tell you that when I don’t alkalize I can feel it. I feel tired and achy. Now I drink alkaline water and eat alkaline food and I feel tremendous!!
