The secret is not to solve all our problems; rather it’s to learn to see them as gifts - an opportunity to learn, grow and give more to those around us.
After all, it’s how we deal with our problems that ultimately determines the quality of our lives.
Remember perception is power. Sometimes our so-called “problems” turn out to be the greatest blessings of our lives.

First of all, I’d like to thank you. Your book “Awaken the Giant Within” changed my life back in 1991. In two years, I went from a failing student to the top of my class and onto the best business university and now I’m in the top 1% income bracket in my country.
Regarding your blog, it is wonderful, and I hope you could keep it regular and free.
That way the maximum number of people, who are not familiar with your principles yet, could be given the same chance to change their lives that I had. There are other ways to monetize a blog beyond subscriptions.
For content, one way to keep yourself motivated to update the content could be to talk about how you’ve applied your own principles to your own life on an ongoing basis. That would be relevant to everybody, because I think we all struggle with the tendency to go back to bad habits.
As for Norman Vincent Peale, his “You can if you think you can” on positive thinking is one of the most relevant books to read in addition to your books, in my opinion. Because, often, we really “can if we think we can”, overcoming the powers of avoiding pain and going for pleasure, especially when it comes to overcoming the fear for change.
Anyways, I wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and may 2009 be the best year you’ve ever had.

Love the Blog and would love to see something regular. As for most here, I want to take a moment to say Thank You! I purchased Personal Power about 8 years ago when I was looking to make some changes. It was like pure adrenaline to my soul!! I then went on to Get The Edge and started my own Hour of Power which I still do to this day. I attended UPW in New Jersey last year for the first time and can’t wait to get to Date with Destiny as soon as my schedule permits. All that being said in the last 8.5 years I went from tending bar to being a managing partner with an Insurance Sales agency and should hit 500k in income next year. I’ve lost so much in the past nearly 3 years - house, partner, 5 of 7 pets - and have struggled to figure out why I’m still here and what I’m supposed to be doing. These are wonderful. I really enjoy the videos. As ever it is usually exactly what I need to hear.
I have written a book this year (well two actually) and started a business and created many other things in many areas of my life, but everything is in the very beginning growing stages as much as I want them to be further along. Sometimes it feels so hard. There are a lot of problems! So many well-intentioned but negative people asking me to dream smaller and be more responsible. So when people ask me how I am, i never know how to answer. I have never ever been better, and I have not felt so many huge pressing issues from so many sides before either. But this really helped me re-frame that. As much as I know that to the degree something is feeling “hard” it must also feel that wonderful, I was struggling with these problems. To have them reframed as practice, exercise, and trust helps tremendously.

It was the most meaningful work I have ever done. That say’s quite a bit especially coming from Boulder. You called my name from a pile of ping pong balls and I joined you on stage to dance to “Wild One”
I came home incredibly clear and raised my standards. I organized all my material, including my blueprint into a nice leather binder. I wrote out my 12 standards for my relationship with a woman. ( I had some patterns that needed to be broken) March 09, 2008 I met Dr. Kelly Martin. I asked her to marry me on my birthday - September 09. We could not be better matched. She exceeded all 12 standards. Our wedding date is June 20 2009 here in Boulder.
I practice the material all the time. I love your video series b/c it keeps the frequency live. Thanks for helping me drop the stories of the past and embrace the future.

It been two years from the last I got to go to Date with Destiny it was in Palm Spring 2006 and I have to has been hell the two years but I just finish 26 college units at one time pass with a 3.0 just get to into a Chiropractic college in Missouri I wanted to go… I know if I did not have the tools from UPW and Date With Destiny I would not be going for a better life I still be doing same life with no meaning… I still have many huge hills to get over. I attended your “firewalk experience” and the Awaken program many years ago in Chicago. The experience shaped the person I have become today. Thank you for offering these free trainings. Many of us need the daily shot of passion that you have been so kind to share.
Tony, I understand that it takes an enormous amount of time to put on some of your events. There are many people that simply can’t afford to attend, nor are able to travel to the cities that you have the programs. Do you ever work with smaller groups, perhaps universities that have smaller venue’s. Possibly working at a very reduced rate to share with the younger generation. I wish I had the opportunity to see a Tony Robbins growing up. Would have definetly changed my life direction at that most critical stage.
I left the Hotel Casino Industry several years ago to work as a Staff Member for a University that supports my old profession. I don’t make the same money I did, but I am truly happy being able to give back to those that are thinking about entering my profession. Like the old Harry Chapin song, life is truly a circle.

Tony, in 1990 I was a financial and emotional disaster. I knew I wanted to change my life. In what seemed at the time to be a state of desperation, I purchased one of your tape sets. I listened every night and followed the assignments.
Today it is difficult for me to articulate what then happened, but it is as if all obstacles that I believed existed were magically erased from my life. Within months I moved across country to a strange city … having lived in the same home for 30 plus years. I stopped trying so hard to succeed and within a matter of five years went from broke to a millionaire. I’ve continued to grow personally and professionally and I sincerely attribute my break through to your teachings.
Each day I marvel at how little I know and how much I have to learn. I often think of revisiting the tapes and going through the exercises again.

I agree with the comments I’ve seen regarding keeping this blog updated, but also free. Small clips and a brief message every so often would help to create new buzz around your incredible messages of personal power, destiny and freedom. This 17 + minute gift to all of us at Christmas is a present from a world-class company to world-class personal power students.
I remember hearing this same type of message in Personal Power II day 25 for the first time in 2007. There are so many excellent points you make in each series that you do, it is hard to remember some of the fundamental points. Today’s video on the reality of problems is definitely one of the fundamental points you make over and over again. Repetition is the mother of skill, as you always say! I’m so grateful to you for reminding me of what I have to be truly thankful for at this blessed time of year. I’m thankful that God cares enough about me, that the world and the universe care enough about me to give me a set of big, huge, glorious problems!
Whenever I worry about sabotaging myself or thinking negatively, I can immediately think: “THIS is what life is all about! Right now I have a problem! Isn’t it GREAT that I get the chance to overcome this problem so I can get a new one!? Sure, I’m tired of having this problem! I need a new one!!”
If I can finally use that kind of thinking, I might be able to overcome MY biggest problem: making your message (and the message of other great teachers like yourself) organic in my thinking. I’ve learned a lot, but I still run the same scripts and behavior patterns. Every time I do I see myself in a new way, at least. Trust me, I am someone who needs to come to one of your Date with Destiny series! I will do so when I catch up with that part of my destiny.

This is the first time I have been able to view one of these for what ever reason …it was a problem..lol. I guess I was supposed to see this one first!
Problems have overwhelmed me for many years, having to leave a career after 25 years due to becoming allergic to chemicals on the premises ( unventilated all of those year), marital, financial, health both mental and physical. Not for lack of trying to feel ‘what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger’ I stuggle now with so much of it for all of the time to just put entries into a gratitude journal. For so many years I just assumed I would one day be a motivational speaker or teacher…after all the adversity I knew it must be making me stronger…getting me ready for it all……..but here I sit writing …yes thankful for this message! as I always am for anyone who takes the time to reach people to nudge them…but all the strong that I thought I had accumulated has just gone… I feel so overwhelmed. Much of it is out of my control and in anothers hands but even so ….I want a break…I want to stay mindful of all of the wonderful around me…to be present in the ‘this minute’ to let the past go, to leave tommorrow to tommorrow but I have to tell you that trying and trying and putting the mask on for all …its getting very very heavy.
I will continue to try …and was going to skip Christmas this year ( I’m sure there was a movie like that) but I decided that if I could give joy and happiness to just one other person that is what I am meant to do. I am financially unwell so to give will have to come from somewhere deep …but I will dig deeper for another than for myself.

I feel this blog is a wonderful idea. I am an intuitive and I attended UPW in Baltimore in 1999.
I wanted to share a story about the power of focus. I teach three and four year old autistic children. Today, we decorated the classroom Christmas tree. The tree sat in class all day and they did not see it. We went and sat around the tree and they still did not see it. THEN, the teachers pointed to the tree and said, “Wow, look at that,” and THEN, they saw the tree. Regardless of outside circumstances, we have the ability to choose the things we put our focus upon.
I vote for the big, decorated Christmas tree vs the average or the ordinary anyday!

I am moving to a new area this spring to start a business - it is scary but UPW gave me the courage to take action and pursue my dreams. If I wasn’t at UPW I would stay in my current position in life and always “dream” of taking the next step.

I would like to know how would someone with no money be able to take advantage of your coaching sessions? I lost my job and now I am about to lose my home/apt. I have started a course it was being offered free to the applicant and they have several organizations who have contributed to this program.
My family has no way of assisting with finances or with much but they do encourage me to continue with what I am doing for myself.
I hope you can help me without the added pressure to come up with finances to pay for the coaching sessions.

Your messages always reveal a bit more truth than we may have considered. This one on problems really hit home with me. Knowing that a problem will mean that you have an opportunity to grow and to create more in your life. Understanding that we must change our focus to acceptance instead of resistence to solve our problems. Realizing that we have been entrusted with the ability to solve our problems because we are capable of so much more than we care to admit.
In an entitlement society which is looking for instant gratification, our problems individually and as a nation are really the tool that is needed to take a good look at how we have been living our lives and to figure out if this is the best that we can do?
We are faced with many problems now, the cool thing is that we are going to solve them, so why not get to that now and stop all the negative chatter.
Please come up with a way to stay consistent with us. You inspire so many new thoughts and ideas in me, I can only imagine the depths of your reach. We need more of your real conversations rather than the hyped-up negative news that get fed to our society.

You have such a drive and passion for what you do and I love it when I see your videos. Your blogs have been great to watch and to listen to. Back in 2003 I went to your UPW with my partner in London. WOW you changed my life for the better along with my now wife. We ended up crewing the next year (even helping out at your Tony Robbins Foundation) and then going back with different people the following year. You have inspired me to become a presenter and teacher of personal development. So many amazing things have happened since the first UPW.
I still remember it to this day when my partner and I finished the last day at UPW and went and saw my sister and brother in-law, they thought we were crazing and thought we had signed into something weird. Though we got them to go to the next UPW. Hehehehe. They loved it and it changed their life for the better as well.

thank you for this message, because I needed it during this time in my life. As someone trained in the sciences, and having moved to a new city, I asked a few basic questions about toxic-waste in my new city. As a result we got data that the DOJ and EPA had kept secret for 8 years. But also as a result I was fired and blacklisted, and have not yet been able to find work as a teacher. It has not been easy. This has brought many changes to my life, some good some not so good. It has brought many challenges, too. Mainly financial. Because I lost my employment, I eventually lost my financial-credit and the creditors are phoning, every hour. It is ironic that the only creditor harassing me this way is the one that gave the millions to the company that we exposed (a coincidence, because the creditor does this to everyone). Trying to keep my soul intact and put one foot ahead of the other, and still find out answers to what are very basic science questions still in my community is very difficult. Sometimes I have thought that I never needed these problems; or, at least to witness what was in front of me here. Somehow I ended up here, with enough science background at the right moment in time to witness what was happening here; and, I had a simple choice to pay attention, or not.
Paying attention created problems. Instead of beating myself up over my decision to pay attention that has created me problems, I appreciate the video-message, that gives me strength in these difficult times. Thank you. Your messages reach out and brighten hard times.

Venezuelans around the globe followed the model and hit the streets to bring to the less fortunate the spirit of Christmas on December 13. I have been a fan of yours for 17 years now. Each time I relisten to a tape or CD, I pick up one new habit, for the better. One of the things I have adopted is your “Attitude of Gratitude.” When I first started listening to you I couldnt even pay a bill on time, I was sinking in debt. I wished I could make a difference so I joined a variety of non-profits and fund raising organizations, using energy and assistance belonging to these organizations were all rewarding, but without the cash flow. In 2001 I opened up my own insurance agency (Purple Ink Insurance Agency, Inc.)and pledged to give a % of the GROSS revenue to non-profits, local charities and any other worthy projects, helping to make a difference for the better. Each year the total amount continues to grow. As of this year end I will have given nearly $9,000! I look forward to growing my agency bu helping others become successful and in turn increasing the efforts of the “Attitude of Gratitude!”

Wonderful message. I learned to think of problems the way you describe a few years ago, after going through two years of complete financial annihilation. I became a dependent of my parents again at almost 40. After fully accepting my condition wholeheartedly and unconditionally, I finally came to a point, a single moment, where I became present to what amazing people my parents were. And for the first time, I was grateful for them and appreciative in a way I had never been before. As soon as I came to that point, my “problems” were completely resolved, almost literally within a couple of days and my life has transformed dramatically since then. I think I may write you a letter about this to give you the story in detail. I would love it if you shared it with others.

The day I was leaving my company, I asked my Manager “How can you live with so much passion and love”…you know what showed me on her laptop?? It was your website and I really thank her for introducing me to your world. These days I am going through alot of pain and misery ‘coz of no job, financial crisis and many other personal problems. I don’t know how I am still surviving with so much pain and grief, from where I am getting the power to face all this. But I think, I kind of got the answer from your video when you told that story of Muscle building. I have cried alot and everyday I get up with a new hope and say to myself “Today is my day” and “My dreams are about to come true”. But that hasn’t happened yet but am sure they will sometime soon.
I really want to thank you for doing such a great work and by doing this you are touching people’s hearts and making them come out of there world full of problems and giving them a new vision to see that “Problems are a sign of life” and I really agree with you now. These problems are making me strong day by day and changing my perspective of living the life happily. Thanks for taking the time to do these video posts online. I always look forward to these videos filled with tips on handling those wonderful gifts that life showers us with:) I would love to keep getting these videos on a consistent basis next year as well. Your videos and strategies remind me of a ancient Sanskrit Mantra: Tamso Ma Jyotirgamaya which means “Hey my creator!Lead me from darkness unto light” I believe that’s what you do for everyone and we can’t appreciate you enough for that.
I guess a lot of people are facing financial challenges right now on an individual, national, and global level. So if you could take time out to do a few videos on how to handle financial challenges that would be fantastic. The reason I am saying this is ’cause you have access to many masters in the finance area that most of us can only dream about meeting someday. Even if we could have access to them It would be very-very expensive in these trying times.
So any videos that you can do that talk about what opportunities to look for in the current market and how to look for them in these times of Maximum Pessimism would be extremely valuable for anybody who applies those strategies. I was impressed by what you said to Larry King that people have made fortunes in similar times in the past. Even if you could help people make a few extra bucks with your strategies I believe that would take their current pain out of their lives and help them focus on bigger and better quality challenges in the future.
Again, anytime I listen to you it gives me an instant boost of certainty in these uncertain times. I guess you are the certainty doctor and any time anybody is low on certainty your words work like injections that take people’s pain not only in the short run, but also lets people know how they can do it for themselves so that the pain is taken care of in the long run as well. You are one of the most intelligent, genuine, and giving person I have ever seen. Please keep up the great work.

I was at UPW in Atlanta, November 2007 and signed up for coaching. I just renewed for another year. I have changed my life tremendously during that time. Firstly i am overwhelmed by the fact that i can sit her in Norway, in my small apartment and bang, there you are!
I have been attending Nlp practioner and are shortly due with the master part and i have through internet the privelge to study great people like Bandler, Grinder and of course you. I think you all have in common aa great ability to describe you thoughts in a very presice and strategic way, what makes you different, and are personally something i learn so much from, is that it is a part of you. It is not a role you have on stage it is intergrated within you. And, i personally, identify myself a lot in the comments you gave about being to much, loud… in a Larry King interview. It is exactley what is so special. The passion and the warmth is what makes its so real!!! There are many legends as you have mentioned, like Mandela, mother Theresa, they have all have the same set of warmth and strength to inspire people.
I truely believe that emotions is all what matters, logically you can convience yourself that it is the right thing to do, but unless your hearth says YES big time, it will never be good. I have learned much from Nlp and a personal crisis of loosing a husband through cancer in 2007, but i am standing there strong, with two fantastic children, and life has just started. I am only 40, gee!!!
I hope you will come to this part of the world, Norway had winter olymics in 1994 and the people in genereal think that we can manage on our ownn, why be apart of the EU, there are so many millions who are,ha ha !

You have changed my life in so many ways in 2008. I have come out of a marriage breakup a couple of years ago where I thought my life was over. 4 Years ago my relationship “problems” allowed me the privilege of experiencing the most powerful and life transforming 6 days that I truly believe anyone on the planet can enjoy anywhere. And for anyone that hasn’t already been to one of these outstanding events then I urge you to do whatever you can to attend one.
The 3 biggest learnings I took away from my absolutely life changing Destiny with Destiny back in December 2004 are:
1. The reason why you go to Date with Destiny isn’t the real reason why you go - you get to discover that later!
2. Success is all about asking yourself the right question and listening to the answer that comes from your heart not your head!
3. It is truly possible for anyone who absolutely decides to, to Defy the Odds and set a new standard - provided that they always remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day!
And, in my opinion for what it’s worth, by far the most powerful gift that anyone can receive from you, Tony, is the ability to change the primary question that is shaping and restricting their life at an unconscious level, because when they do I can assure you that your life changes in the most profound way possible and in the words of Wayne Gretsky “You start skating to where the pucks going to be!”

Over 5,000 members and growing. As a former Core Team member we worked very hard in trying to get education to graduates on a continuing basis so I am pleased to see the new technology.
Please give us more than just Tony. Why can’t we put speakers and video up with Keith Cunningham, Dolf de Roos, Depak Chopra, etc…as well? I would like to see all elements of Mastery hit upon within this video framework.
Also, I would be willing to pay a subscription if I could go and look at previous archived videos.
Let’s build something that serves those that are thinking about their first event, more events, Mastery, etc…I think
the more important thing though is to serve those that have already been to events. Once momentum is started at events we all know that that momentum is lost by many once they get home and get back into their routine. Have you considered cell phones for your coaching? Specifically the mobile internet… non-intrusive to the user. I am CEO of a cell phone media company (see http://www.admoda.com for one of our web sites) and I could give you a great insight into how mobile can reach people in countries that you cannot reach with your PC based blog. Im happy to help with this for free - my way of giving something back to you personally (something I’ve wished I could do for a long time).
There are more mobiles in the world that PCs now. In countries such as India and South Africa more people access the internet through a cell phone than they do on a PC! There are many countries like this where the handset penetration is higher than PC penetration. In these countries many people’s first access to digital media is through cell phones!
Using the cellphone internet in conjunction with PC based internet could extend your already massive global reach. Your blog could be published on the cellphone internet and you could have a cellphone internet site. Even subscription products in the same way you are considering having on PC based web. Cellphone video is possible now too. Everyone has their mobile with them at all times. Imagine the reach this could give on a massive global scale, in countries you cannot even reach with the computer based internet!!

I love the idea of an ongoing support series… similar to Power talk, that we can use a couple time of the month to reinforce some of what we already know but also continue the learning process.
I vote for a subscription service that costs no more $1/day and is available in Video and a newsletter. This will allow us to download the transcript or other valuable info to read on the commute - in case we can’t get to our computer to watch the vide.

Having just posted a comment on your video ‘Tiny changes mean huge results’, I found another email in my mail box directing me to this video, which I have found just as interesting, perhaps even more so, because I have tried to address a similar kind of topic in a collection of poems I have written, “Family and More – Enemies or Friends?” I was inspired to write this collection because of my mixed background (German mother, English father, meeting in Germany at the end of WWII), meaning that for me none of my German relatives could ever be an ‘enemy’. One of the people I talk about in the collection is a former boss – one of those bosses from hell I’m sure many others have also experienced! - someone, who was much more like an ‘enemy’ to me than any of my German relatives could ever be. I finish off the poem like this:
Is she my hated foe, my enemy,
this woman, this boss
with whom I share no commonality?
How can she be?
She’s a citizen of the same country!
But her actions, thoughts and beliefs
are anathema to me -
they make the soul cringe
and leave it icy cold,
making it retreat
into a dark black hole.
If she isn’t my enemy, is she my friend?
What? Hardly!
What is she then?
Perhaps a valuable lesson in life,
from which I can learn and grow.
On second thoughts,
maybe she is more my friend
than I now suspect or know.
This poem came forcefully to my mind when I was listening to you talking about problems as ‘gifts’, as things we need in life in order to grow. With hindsight I can see that my former ‘boss from hell’ was a gift. From her I have learnt the value of treating people with respect, dignity and compassion and I hope I have come to understand the motivation for her actions better. The whole experience was necessary, perhaps, in order to make me a more understanding and forgiving person.

This was very inspirational! Now when I go through my problems I will look at them as a blessing. I read my first book by Tony in 8 years ago. And he got me started on the path of self develpment.
I would have liked that I spend less time looking around for exoctic things and apply what was in his book/programs.
I lately bought the “Time of my Life”. The system that was called OPA. The program was released in 1998. People told me that is one of the best program on the time management. I also know that lately the OPA system has been renamed in RPM.
Now I have some questions.
1 - What are the differnces between the 2 system?
2 - I read on the internet that the New RPM that come without any CD or manual should be used with the Time of your life. However the last product is not available anymore. Why the Time of Your Life is not available anymore?
3 - There was a software that was released with the product. I heard that it was not very good. I wonder if today there is something similat that can substitute it. I found a software called TimeTo but it is not very comprehensive.

It is 4 am… I couldn’t wait to for it to be over (not because I wasn’t enjoying myself) but now I cannot sleep as I am so excited to start living my life as my true self!!! I THANK YOU from the FULLNESS of my heart and from the DEEPEST parts of my soul, these gifts you have given me to be the free, loving, feminine, radiant woman that I am is the best gift anyone can give next to life itself!

I am leaving DWD to return home to my 2 teenage girls that I am raising as a single parent and after this week realizing the damage that I have done by teaching them to not rely on men, not trust men and make sure men are totally insignificant in their lives and showing them, by my example, to be a strong independent woman, in complete control with a horrible mask of manliness that I had been building on and strengthening for years!… until now.
You covered so much on relationships but I left still wondering what exactly to do with the damage I have done to my daughters. I know with “Beautiful” from Ireland, you pointed out that she had to show her daughter by example.
But Tony, is that enough? Will my change be enough for them?
They are already 17 and 14 and I do not want them to live as I lived.
Have you considered having an event that is all about parenting?
I see how many young girls and boys are raised now with single parents and this younger generation is so far from living as their true core– all of them— I believe further than any other generation. Just alone, the sports we, as parents, not just single parents, push on our girls to play and compete like boys.
I was not alone in feeling so strongly about how I was raising them ~I TRULY believed I was protecting them. I even have a circle of single mothers that get together to reinforce raising our daughters independent, strong and like men.
The circle, actually all look up to me and my success and control in my life as a wonderful positive thing, that made me feel incredibly significant. (but, of course, still very dead inside)
We all really believed that would be saving our children from pain.
I plan to bring my daughters to UPW, but would love to hear your thoughts on possible parenting events or adding? an extra day at DWD for this? My heart goes out to this upcoming generation of young men and women that are already so buried under layers of masks.

Dear Tony - 2 years ago, after being diagnosed with post polio syndrome, a dear friend of mine gave me your CD’s to listen to. I took a leap of faith, left full time work as a social worker at the VA to follow my passion of writing poetry. Magic and miracles have happened in my life and your CD’s helped to flame the fire of passion burning in my soul. I went through intensive outpatient rehab through Spaulding Rehab Hospital and then decided to hire a personal trainer who was a friend of mine to see if I could defy my diagnosis and heal my body (since mind and spirit were on a healing path of their own .:) After six months or so of strength training, I was able to rebuild muscle and nerve using physical, spiritual and emotional resources and literally working my butt off. It’s been an amazing journey so far - and in February of this year, when my trainer asked me what were my next goals, I heard God speak to me and tears began to flow - “I want to run the Race for Rehab…I want to run the Boston Marathon for Spaulding Rehab.” My trainer was totally nonplussed after I asked, ‘do you think I can?’ and she used the quote from Henry Ford she so often used with me “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” She sent me off to Marathon Sports Brookline to trade in my pair of polio shoes for running shoes. And so for the first time in my life, I began to run. When my husband and daughter heard that I was going to run the Boston Marathon, they decided to join me. They used the gift certificates to my personal trainer that I had given them for Christmas last year and now we are up to 15 miles on our long training runs. I have written articles for magazines and appeared on numerous radio shows to share my story of inspiration, faith, hope and healing and feel so incredibly blessed! My business, New World Greeting Cards, customized poetry for all occasions is really taking off and my book of inspirational poetry is being well received by my readers. And I feel this is just the beginning….We have a website for Team McManus, http://www.firstgiving.com/teammcmanus and know we are going to exceed our goal of $9,000. We are hosting fund raisers and have been blessed to experience the outpouring of love and support from our community, friends and family. It is such an exciting time and when I feel depleted, or get into negative thinking, your words echo in my ears, “Live With Passion” — and so I am and so we are and I am so grateful to you Tony and to my friend who introduced me to you and to all of the healing angels and teachers who God has sent to me to bless this journey. Yes please start up a newletter! It’s hard to find the motivation to look forward when the future is so uncertain. I’ve become accustomed to taking things one day at a time after being out of work for 3 months when I lost my job and having other personal obstacals to overcome as well. I’ve come to realize I stopped dreaming to avoid dissapointment and now I feel as though I’m lacking direction. I’m sure we could all use some type of motivation in these hard times. Plus, the short, digestible size of these videos you’ve been sending really makes it easy to soak in the information without being overwhelmed. And the great part is we get just that one subject that one day to ponder on and soak in, and also email to our family/friends/loved ones….Bravo!
I would much prefer to have you break down your program into one web video per day….a person could start anytime….then you have that whole day to live the message for that day. These videos also powerfully reinforce any reading or listening we may have already done on your same material….

First of all I want to thank you for all these videos that you’ve been sending us. All of them are great.
One day I was in my friend’s house and there was book there… It called “Unlimited Power”… since that moment my life has changed completely. I’m 29 and I’m a black guy, and I had many chalanges in my life. After buying your first book, then I bought “Awaken The Giant Within” and then I bought “Unlimited Power: A Black Choice” Well… I cried after reading the Joseph Mcclendon’s history… but I got inpired by him. I had some discrimination im my life but instead of focusing in those painfull experiences, I focused in what I’m able to do in my life, and I started pratcing tae kwon do when I was 15 and It was one of the powerfull reference that I got in my life and It shaped my destiny… when I started studying your book about how to change our emotional state by changing our physiology everything made sense. I’m very happy this year because could accomplish two important goals that I promessed to my self that I would do: 1.speak english, 2.become a Trainer in NLP to help other people. I did three speeches this year and it was very helpfull for the people that attended those speeches. It’s a great way of meeting my sense of “significance” and “contribution”.

Thank you for reminding me! I definitely learned that my biggest blessings always arrived after having been pushed out of my comfort zone. What seemed to be problems turned out to be invitations to go through something I feared, or dreaded, and doing so always brought me new insights, space and relief. In short, they invited me to rise to the occasion and doing so made me happier.
I even discovered that everybody’s “problems” are in direct proportion to their not yet-realised dreams ánd to their inherent resources. DWD was off the hook! It’s your Plat Partner friend Karen Skurka. Thank you for delivering over 1million percent. While it was a bit over the top to have to go up on stage with my partner, I have had so many breakthrus from that experience. I love MULTIPLE BREAKTHRUS! LOL! Seriously, I am still digesting and journaling and taking it all in, and I GOT THE LESSON! and I have set a new standard, actually I have set many new standards from myself. Thank you for chatting with me at the Plat cocktail hour, too. It reminded me of how great this whole year was as a Plat, and how I want and need to do it again. While I could just sign up again, I have decided to make it a goal for myself, use it as leverage. So, until I reach my weight goal (-19 pounds of fat), I will not be attending any of your events. Talk about leverage!! I think that this will be one of my easiest goals ever to reach with that kind of leverage. And, I have to keep the weight off for 6 months in order to join Plat again.

The old more masculine move only comes up when I am getting out my AWAY values. Just a short note to say a sincere “Thank You” for your genuine love and passion to all the participants and myself. I truly admire you for your work with people around the world and your giving of energy constant to all. The world is blessed, I’m very blessed. The last 6 days were my transformation. Yes we all have our “story’s” and I have mine too. I’ve embraced the passion of Date and UPW in November and December here in Orlando and it’s put me at my peak state.
Your passion for love and what I witnessed with your conversations with Saige, you both are as perfect a couple as there is…one that I envy and would love to have myself one day soon.
My work as a educational leader started with the corporate world years ago using the tools of Demings, Covey and others to my now educational leadership/school administrator role using great facilitators as Glasser. Tony, your work as early as Personal Power I’ve used throughout and now with the most recent UPW and Date….I’m ready to take that leap of faith. I will always remember your metaphor of the two way street and trust….Yeah, I still use that one.
I was privilege to be able to speak briefly with Gary King, what an OUTSTANDING man. We parallel in that we have a passion in helping kids. As I have worked with students that have been removed from their regular school through actions of drugs, weapons, violent crimes, expulsions, I’ve used the many tools including but not limited to experiential learning to “rehab” or transition back into their regular school. My success rate of 87% has been something that I’m truly proud of and want to expand to the world.
I hope to continue a dialog with Gary and would love to vision a school with alignment to yours.

Its amazing the shift that even just a few of your words make. I have chosen to feel dis empowered with one or two specific problems in the past few months. Having been to your Date with Destiny, UPW here in Australia, Crewed many of your events and run many Yes Group meetings, I’ve kinda worked out what to focus on and what not to. I’ve known how to change (chainge) my state. I’ve known that I can stop feeling all these negative emotions “in a heartbeat”. Its an interesting feeling this “perception of being stuck”. Stuck in my problem. Knowing this is all part of the illusion of my own imagination, your few words that I listened to today helped me open my eyes to the truth. I have so much to share with others, through my own experiences. I clicked on your message in my inbox, because I did have a problem or two. Now I am grateful for all of them. I first heard from you while I was very desparate for a glimpse of hope and a way to learn that you past does NOT equal your future . It was personal power class I took in prison. I took it 3 times. Once for myself to learn and the other 2 times to help others. It changed my life ! I left prison and then attended you UPW seminar in SF 2001. I did the firewalk that also gave me so much momentum to STOP the cycle of disaster my life had been. I have since spent so much time growing and finding myself and improving . I really can’t put into words how important you are to me. I think mainly what happened in prison I was so focused on what YOU were saying and not relating to the prison life. NOW whenver I hear your voice it just goes so deeply into my core. That caauses changes for the better in my life and for that I am eternally grateful. I would love to be part of a monthly blog . I met you before during your last UPW in singapore. I would like to share with you how did your teachings change my life during this times of crisis… i am a life insurance agent with AIA / AIG . On Sept 16th when AIG almost went bust … my career was totally uncertain for that one week following after that… the problem was made worst when my girl friend broke up with me over some miscommunication issues that was not resolved. So you could imagine the kind of certainty i went through in my relationships , career. and the lost of the feeling of being loved during that tough 1 month .
What i did was that i went back to listen to your audio when i was driving and re-read Awaken The Giant Within. I applied a few stragedies from your books.
First i decide that i was no longer willing to let myself feel bad over the breakup. I understand i could not change the fact that the relationship ended and focus on the meaning that it gave me and how it helped to shape my souls.
Second i made a new re evaluation of what pain and pleasure meant to me . and did the charles dickens pattern on myself and asked myself whether was i willing to live with the sense of sadness over this break up 10…15 years down the road. the answer was an obvious NO.

I can only imagine how many responses you must have to go through and reply to on a daily basis. Nevertheless, I am truly hoping that somehow…someway.. my words find your eyes.
Words could never truly express to you how happy I am that you have started this blog page. It’s not only a way for you to communicate to us (your public) but it’s also a way for us to relay how much we all appreciate all it is that you do for humanity.
More than anything I wanted to take this opportunity to express how truly grateful I am to have you in my life Tony. It may sound silly to you (considering we’ve never met personally) but you have saved my life in every way.
You came into my life at a time when I had not only hit “rock bottom” but there were days I could swear I had even gone beyond that! In May of 2003, I left a horrible and abusive marriage. As punishment he left me with nothing but debt and the clothes on my back. Both of which I couldn’t afford. I had lost my job due to company down-sizing and I was morbidly obese as a result of battling years of depression and anxiety with him. My life, as I knew it was over. I had no money, no job, and certainly no good health that I could speak of. I completely lost the person I was in every way. Yet, somehow, my heart would not allow me to lay down and die, as my body and mind so desperately wanted to do. All I had was my family and a handful of friends to lean on. For some reason, although very appreciative for all they continued to do for me, it was just not enough. I remember pleading with God to just let me get through ONE DAY..ONE DAY without crying . That became my one and only goal. Sad wasn’t it?
One day, a good friend told me about you. As a gift he gave me one of your 7-day workshop programs and it changed my life.
Tony, I owe you my life. You taught me something that I never truly knew before. The fact that I was worth something. That God makes no mistakes and I (like everybody else) am special, enough and uniquely perfect JUST AS I AM!!! That I owed it to myself to be vibrant, thankful, happy and healthy all the days of my life. That each day is a gift and should be lived with passion and in total gratitude to God for allowing me to alive. Before you, I felt completely worthless and often toyed with emotions and ideas of ending this miserable existence I called “life” My only prayers/wishes every night as I lay down to sleep were that I never woke up again.
I sit here crying while I write this to you, because I look back at how far I have come since that time. My life is changing for the better now. Today I work within Government in a program that helps people in broken homes, I have just moved out on my own and taking care of myself financially, emotionally and spiritually. It is a constant struggle (as I am sure you know due to your own past experiences) but I am holding my own and will not give up on myself. I am also in a good quality relationship with a man who loves and adores me FOR JUST ME, and in the past year I have managed to lose 100 pounds - finally gaining back my health slowly.
My one wish before I die is to meet you and truly thank you in person someday for all that you have brought to my life. You have taught me so much, but most importantly you taught me love - self love - the most important love of all. I would someday love to attend one of your seminars or purchase more of your CD’s but alas financially it is impossible right now. I hope to change that one day soon.
So for now I suppose this long winded email of gratitude will have to do. Thank you so much for everything. You are my inspiration, my hero and my strength in more ways than you could ever begin to know.
God blessed me the day he allowed me to find you!
I truly hope we can speak some day. It would be a dream come true for me.

My friend, Mary, has a brother who works for you and she is the one that turned me on to you. I was IM-ing her last night that I felt SO low about not being able to find work after graduating with honors from my master’s degree program. It is amazing how sometimes in life, things like your message come when you most need it and least expect it. I don’t really even like the master’s degree that I got…burned out on the industry long before finishing the degree but just felt I had to finish what I started. Anyway, what struck me was your comment that our problems help to bring us back to our passions in life. That’s so true! In my frustration in not being able to find a job back in information technology, I have started to think about what I really want to do in life. I was so frustrated at the thought of starting over again, but maybe it’s better to look at it as the path to something better. I enjoyed your clip…came at the perfect time!

I’m just back from DWD and the most transformational experience yet of my life!
I had the incredible good fortune to stumble across your work for the first time twelve years ago in our public library, and my wife and I have been using, and sharing with others, the tools you teach through books, tapes and seminars to bring our lives to new levels on an ongoing basis ever since. And what a wild and wonderful ride it has been!!
I could go on for ten pages relating the distinctions and breakthroughs I had in the last six incredibly intense days, but for time’s sake, I’ll just hit three highlights. 1) I knew intellectually after UPW that I shift into feminine mode when I get into conflict with my wife, or she needs me to step up and make a decision for us, but this time, at DWD, I GOT it because throughout the whole seminar I was making a shift from cerebral thinking to spiritual knowing. I am aware now on a new level in all aspects of my life, and the masculine is flowing. 2) Goal setting before was about stuff. This time it was about spiritual growth, and WOW, what a life shift! 3) My primary moving away from emotion was anxiety. It was the crippling root of why I sabotage myself in loads of areas in my life. Through the incredibly powerful exercise on the last day to finally get rid of that anxiety, I developed the tools to eliminate that debilitating emotion and replace it with the grace and abundance that God has to offer. I KNOW I GOT it because fifteen minutes after the exercise, I checked my voice mail for the first time in two days, and amongst many formerly anxiety inducing messages, I had a message from my banker informing me that I had lost the line of credit I need to keep my business and finances alive. Anxiety started its way back into my house, but I killed it dead in its tracks in the entryway and threw it out the door. In place of anxiety, I filled myself with God’s abundance, and I am now working with the bank and several other resources from an attitude of grateful abundance rather than the old attitude of scarcity and anxiety, and I feel great and powerful and I know on a cellular, spiritual level I am going to get exactly where I need to be in short order to keep my business and finances alive!
Thanks for the gifts to bring my life, and by extension, the lives of those I touch to the next level and beyond!
Just two more quick things:
I have a suggestion I want to share with you regarding your supplements company in the spirit of CANI. I recently purchased the Living Light pack, and Greens from your company on line. I have had fantastic benefits from your health and nutritional products for years, and am continuing to with the products I just bought, but the packaging has me concerned because I don’t think it’s congruent with the mission of your companies. The Living Light box was very large, with an outer cardboard box, covering an elaborate inner plastic box, and yet another inner plastic box (all non-recyclable) with yet more dividers and levels all to hold four bottles of nutrients. One cardboard box 1/4 the size of the original would have done the job and saved the landfill and the environment from plastics that won’t break down ever. Also, in the past, your greens bottle was 1/2 the size of the current bottle with the same amount of product (more plastic waste.) I know the caliber of customer your companies attract, and they know the value isn’t in the volume of the packaging, but in the quality of the contents.
I also have a question for you that has been in the back of my mind during and since DWD. Several times in the program, you made it clear that your mission was not to tell us what to believe spiritually (I whole heartedly agree), but to allow us to discover that for ourselves. At the same time you did say on several occasions that you personally consider yourself a Christian. If you would like to share why you are a Christian, I am really interested to know.
Tony, thanks again for sharing your life’s work and making such an outstanding difference in the world, and thanks for going interactive with this blog to connect on a regular basis in real time.
I know you and Sage are intensely busy people, but if you ever find yourselves in Vail, Colorado, or Granada, Nicaragua (our two home bases manifested by UPW goal setting) please give a holler if you would like to share a few hours of skiing, riding, running, sailing, or just a meal and some incredible conversation.

I was able to watch on someone’s computer that the speed to do it. I would love to meet you in person one day, but at this time I have not the financial cash to do it. I will one day. As a teacher of 10 year old children I find that the things I am learning from you are also coming through in my classroom. I have literally seen kids transform when they start to approach life and their ‘problems’ in new ways. They astound themselves as well as me sometimes.

Orlando 2005 UPW was my first event with my daughter a high school senior at that time. I was seeking a pain killer from a most horrible domestic violence situation that I was in with my second marriage. 12 years after my husband died leaving me our wonderful 2 children, I made a life learning decision to marry a man who had serious needs for significance…..lucky for me my need for growth and contribution was bigger. During UPW I committed to the Mastery program and attended Leadership that May. I have never looked back and have been able to help and support many others in a pain situation including our local Domestic Violence of Central Pennsylvania.
My financial situation personally and my business through the violent marriage was total shambles. I would not file bankruptcy but instead have worked hard and smart to bring my company back to finacial health with a restructure and creation of a new model.
My point to this short story version is the tools and support that I have recieved from your organization and people involved with it who are now my friends for life has been priceless. From the bottom of my heart I thank you for your vision in life to help others. I look forward in supporting my employees next year by sending them to UPW and the Mastery Program. The koolaid is wonderful!

we think this is so admirable, first of all that you read the messages in spite of your busy schedule, secondly that you do not take credit for everything we thank you for, but turn it around into a compliment towards us. Thank you so much, these kind of comments give us extra drive.
We have a question for you. Have you ever considered founding schools, elementary - high schools - university? (We are not certain if this is possible in the USA, in The Netherlands it is if you conform to a few rules like school-age, certified teachers, et cetera. We think that in the USA it must be similar.) We feel that the current educational system fails in some area’s. Children are being taught in a very passive way. At an age of development and curiousity they have to sit in chairs all day going through boring material. In this way nobody is tapping into their full potential, this is very depressing and demotivating for kids. Lessons consist of grammar, history and mathmetics, but vital life info is missing. Children need to learn about emotions, needs, wants, dreams to prepare them for the life ahead. Not that grammar and history isn’t important, but it should be supplemented with practiqual life lessons. At ages whereby children are very vulnerable and are exploring themselves and life, they should not only be learning about finding square roots and things that occured in 1300, but also about state-management, setting goals, controlling emotions, reaching financial health & wealth, et cetera.
If the things you teach would be taught to children in an active -just like you do in your seminars- and consistent way, the next generation will change the world. Leaders will be shaped. The rate of depression amongst children will drop. Probably, even crimerate will drop. Actually, it is the same as you’re already doing with the Youth Leadership Programs at the AR Foundation. Only then couched into a schoolbased form. Of course we know that this is easier said then done. Legislation, staff, permits, funding, et cetera. But with your network it has to be realisable. Besides, we think that a lot of people who attend your seminars or listen to your programs would love to send their kids to an Anthony Robbins School, even if it was a private one. If we had children, we know we would. Next thing, the word will spread and the educational system will change in a very positive way.
Well, just wanted to share this feeling with you. We know that if we had learned the things you have taught us at UPW, DWD and Wealth Mastery in school, very positive things would have happened. Hi,
When I was 7 or 8 years old, I was sexually abused, and one of the things that happen consistently for a few months involved someone masturbating me until my penis bleed strongly from the end (and thats why this is anonymous).
Clearly my body has healed from this, and for many, many years I kept it under my hat. Only when attending a UPW and when you ask people in the audience who has had something really bad happen, did I raise my hand and seek help for this. After all, if you help women who have been raped, surely you could help someone like me.
Clearly my body has healed from this, but what I have only recently discovered (in so far as I became aware of m & f energies) was the fact that my masculine and feminine energy was damaged and has significantly been working against me all these years. I believe with certainty that my sex drive is linked to massive pain… I wish I did not, but I see the evidence of my life and draw conclusions. I am now 41. I have an uncanny knack of being able to attract bad experiences out of good ones. I hate this. I honestly can say that I have this excess of female energy that does not serve me, its like a bad smell. I understand that female energy is supposed to be an advantage, but I have not seen it. What this gives me is an uncanny level of negative behaviour towards me from others. I am not a nasty person, but this enrages me. its like people always push me to see how far they can go, before I explode at them. There is no gift to this, I have attempted to reverse the pattern and make this attraction serve me, but I am unable to. My health has deteriorated and I have given up.
That trigger event as you know, becomes the snowball rolling down the hill. the thing that gathers power and becomes the layer, the accumulation of what should not be there. An ever growing magnet to attract more crap into my life
I honestly can say that each time I have been to Date with Destiny, I have felt my masculine energy empowered significantly, but after just a short while, I see that I have not managed to tear through the female energy bubble around me. ITs a prison.
I have begun to feel that people think I talk about this for attention and significance (I understand the 6 human needs). Well that is untrue, I have only talked to about 4 people about this in my life. I have dealt with this in silence, but as I have got older, the gap between where my life is and where is should be (according to my goals) is constantly widening. Simple things such as having a loving wife, family and a dog are a complete fantasy for me, yet normal for most people. This is clearly never going to happen. The patterns in my life constantly repel these things and attract the most challenging and soul destroying people, circumstances, places and events to take away my spirit at every opportunity. The only values conflict I can find is that I want to live and I want to die.
I don’t know what to do to fix this, I used to spend every new years day, the entire day designing my life (yes I did this every year from 2003 to now) writing what I wanted to achieve, what qualities I needed etc, what values make those qualities etc (yes from Awaken the Giant..) But even with such actions, I feel I am closing myself in more and more learned helplessness. I can no longer crew for your events as I feel it is completely hypocritical me helping people when I cant help myself.
This week has been the most difficult week of my life, not because of any external event. but because of my unshakeable depression. I began planning how to end my life and choosing the songs I would listen to as I undertook my final journey after taking the drugs that would send me there. I have even drafted a letter to my family to explain things. Its only a matter of time now before I end up ending my life.
Every week now, I want to end my life, it used to be monthly, but now its weekly. I cannot understand how to stop these feelings. I cant break free.
I used to change my focus every time I thought about ending my life, but now I go with it, the depression used to be repulsive, but now its like a warm sea washing over me whilst I am lying on a warm beach, feeling more comforting each time. Its a pleasant place. I find myself mentally noting places where I could jump from. I find my self in the car looking at the trees and the countryside in a state of resignation, letting go, knowing that I will not see them much longer, I feel like I am in an abyss of darkness, I have been here before during my drug problem in 2002, then I was unfamiliar, but now I feel far more comfortable bering here now. The feeling of understanding, of acceptance and of being completely resolved in totally letting go of my life is in fact a very graceful one. I am ceompletely without fear in this place. I wish that this complete lack of fear I experience here would be present elsewhere in my life.
I just cant explain myself properly, other than asking again for your help. I did not ask for this life, for this prison around my spirit. Whatever this great experiment life is, it has not worked. Can you help me Tony? Can you understand what is wrong with me and help me see exaclty how to fix it and help me fix it please? i am not askign for money, I can get to DWD, but quite honestly, I need to know that I f I go a 3rd time, will I be helped or will the trainers and crew patronise me again. I am sick of the universe showing me 2 or 3 second glimpses of who I really am (every 2 or 3 years) only to place me back in this prison again. Is is a polarity issue? I just dont know how on earth to fix my polarity.
I feel like I am on full throttle but with the brakes fully on. I know with all my heart and spirit that I have wings and I am supposed to fly, but I am unable to. The last time I took a leap of faith I ended up taking a really huge fall, but I was lucky to land somewhere safe. I am certain my luck has now run out

Our story is a story that at times I think I could write a book on. This “problems are Gods gifts” has hit home.
Our company literally was started out of a garage and by this past summer we had as many as 19 people and things going gangbusters. The current economy and lower gas prices believe it or not have slowed our business. We continue to move forward and some frugal decisions when things were going good have helped us during the slow down.
Yesterday I attended the wedding of one of our employees and was one of the most beautiful weddings I have attended since I walked my own daughter down the aisle a year ago.
The pastor and the father were both talking during the ceremony that this young man now has the role of provider not only monetarily but spriitually as well. After hearing that a few times I literally got a knot in my stomach. I discussed this with my wife on the way home and she agreed, we are the providers provider and it is a role we have been given and do not take lightly.
We trust that God has put us into a lot of positions that we effect peoples lives in many ways. These little snipettes are great and I look forward to them in the future. Merry Christmas.

Thank you for your light and your gifts. You mentioned having a membership type of site where I would imagine there would be a fee, please don’t do that, not yet. I’ll tell you why. More of my friends and family are seeing what you are all about for the first time ever because they get to “test” and listen for themselves. To them you have gone from “Marshmellow man” to “Wow He makes sense” I don’t know how many cds, cassettes, and seminars I have offered to give and invite them too, but when it comes to the internet and youtube, people research and do take the time to sit and learn and maybe even forward your messages.
What I love about Operah Winfreys Skype free weekly classes, is that people go and purchase or take out a book from the library and all over the world take a class together. She usually films these after a taping of her own show and gives about an hour or so of her time (which I know you have very little of) but we all take a class together. And we can take it at our own pace. And you don’t have to be the one to teach all the time, you could be the surprise at the end of the lesson. I would be honored to teach and be a part of that. I work primarily with kids and in film but I love this medium and have been having lots of fun with it myself. Anyway, I believe Operah films it after her show. It does not only have to be you, it can be other teachers or even students. At least in the beginning . This sort of teaching style has inspired the masses to actually finally participate in the privacy of their own home where sometimes the light bulb goes on even faster. I myself have the “Relationship dvds” and have a monthly womens group that gets together and watches. By the way having more of your dvds available to sell would be wonderful there is something so powerful about seeing the breaktrhoughs people are having. Its audo, visual, kinesthetic and powerful. Anyway the people that really want to see you live will do what it takes to get to a live event but for now, offering little pieces of wisdom and a once in a while powertalk, is a huge gift to open that door. If there is a membership fee, people would continue to shut these outstanding teachings off, they just don’t know what they don’t know. Finally my mother is watching. And I have been a student of yours once homeless by the way…for over 10 years. I have built a company blah blah blah and will get to finally meet you in person january 17th. I believe digital is the wave of the future. Excuse my spelling….I tend to get a bit passionate and don’t feel like spell checking. Love and light to you and yours.

Choosing the life of an artist in San Diego is both rewarding and difficult.
Getting side tracked is so easy when you work for yourself, and trying to focus on all that is important is a very difficult job, especially when there is a wife and children that you love and want to spend time with but at the same time, you want to support and take to the next and highest level you can.

I just want to thank you for all you have given to me in the way of inspiration and motivation over the years. It started for me with the usual Personal Power tapes in the late ’80’s.I then had the oppertunity in the late ’90’s to go to a live seminar and do the fire walk in the lane you were chreeing on. You signed a copy of “Unleash the Giant Within” for me that weekend.I lost that book in a break up and sometime I hope to get your signature on it’s replacement.
Gratefulness is something I knew the power of inside myself since i was a child but it took you to remind me of it and instill it in me.
I give money to World Vision for a child in Zimbabwe.The little money I send does wonders over there. I got a letter today from the man in charge of the oganization over there.He wanted to thank me for the money that I and others had sent. He wanted to show me and tell me what one important thing they did with it this year.They put in a 3 mile pipe from their water source to the village my child lives in. That pipe has made it so they do not have to walk and carry the water by hand.this has saved them enough time that the children have more time for school and the adults have more time to take care of the goats and the other small enterprises they have to produce income.Think about that;better education and more production all because of a pipe….
I am so grateful for running water that is clean today.
Gratfulness is not that hard to find if you just look for a minute. Thanks again Tony.

Last year I had the opportunity to come to UPW LA with 2 friends. The weekend was truly life changing for all of us on different levels. I love your Christmas message. I sat in my chair and felt warm inside. It takes me back to the other seminars that I have attended with you and your other speakers and where I learned and changed so much about my life.
This message spoke to me this time because I want to be the best I can be and I am often frustrated because I fall short and I cannot seem to totally change and become what I really want to become. I am a teacher and I believe that if I maximize my potential I will positively effect my students and other people around me. I am for any new ideas you come up with to help spread your technology and research…especially in these troubled times. In my volunteer work I have been encountering so so many that could use a good dose of UPW and PP2. They are just broken and feel so hopeless with their lives. I am putting your technology to work daily now trying to help those who feel it is the end.
If I may be so bold Tony, make no mistake big guy, the Lord put you on this earth for times just like now! You are more needed today that ever before. I hope you recognize that! Your knowledge, research and outstanding technology is needed today almost constantly. Sadly, there is only one of you. You’re the best argument in favor of cloning I have ever seen.
Please keep up the blog and capture this moment as an opportunity to help as many as possible see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I would really love to see you start a power talks series again or maybe even have a weekly or monthly webinar that one could subscribe to for a fee such as a paid membership of downloadable PODcasts. You could interview important folks that offer solutions to our present events problems. Even if you or one of your master coaches just gave an hour of discussion on particular aspects contained within the various products, it would be worth its weight in gold.
I have always dreamed of what it would be like to compile all of my questions from PP2, Lessons in Mastery, GTE, etc and be able to sit down with you to get a detailed elaboration on specific techniques and methods. You could easily spend hours at a time discussing those things in more detail like NAC, Swoosh Patterns, etc.
Hope these thoughts help stir your creative juices…..

I just wanted to write to you to say thank you to both of you from the bottom of my heart. I attended DWD in Orlando with my husband in December our relationship was ticking over ‘love no passion’ verging on the border of ‘looking for a way out of here’. Watching you both helped us remember how much we love each other and gave us an example of what our relationship could be like. The information and insights you have given us have been invaluable in helping us to understand ourselves and identify and work through alot of our problems. We’ve come back home and have carried on working hard. You’ll be pleased to know that our posters are up and have also been converted to screensavers on our computers.:) Our relationship is better than it has ever been, our kids are really happy and everyone else is asking us for the secret! Its fantastic and wouldn’t have been possible if our lives hadn’t been blessed by you both. Thankyou for sharing the Oneness Blessing with us too it was an experience neither of us will ever forget. Sage your voice is angelic and we feel priviliged to have been there to hear it.
We’ve now finished Mastery University but our journey with you is far from over. Our goal is to make it to Oneness University and Leadership Mastery in the meantime we will be working to share your message and teachings with everyone we know and meet. Thank you doesn’t seem appropriate to express our gratitude to you for helping us to turn our lives around and for the blessing you have given us and our family, we will be forever indebted to you both.

I just attended DWD in Orlando and learned a lot that I never expected to. I have a couple things I wanted to mention to you, and I suppose this is as good of a venue as any.
Prior to attending DWD, I signed up for six months with one of your relationship coaches. I was struggling with boredom in my life and it became most apparent in my relationship with my girlfriend. I had heard about you and your coaching program and thought that if anyone could help, you and your coaches could. I was really excited about the coaching program but after a few months, I was severely disappointed. I had gotten no clear insights on my behavior and my coach tried to explain a couple of your theories to me but wasn’t much better than if I had talked to some attendee of DWD. I felt like I had spent a couple thousand just to have someone check up on whether I’d gotten my homework done or not.
When I attended DWD, I had breakthroughs on why there’s no passion in my relationship and got some awesome tools on how to change my rules and turn my life into the one I want. I still never really understood why I have a hard time sustaining passion about something (a direction for my life, relationships, etc.) and why I’ve struggled so much to find passion in giving and contributing outside myself. However, I believe the tools you gave me at DWD and the way you explained it will eventually be revealed. We make our own breakthroughs, right?

Thank you for this message Tony and I am very happy to get the opportunity to experience this with you on some level. This clip reminds me of something I recently heard. It has to do with the journey of life. We are all in the pursuit of happiness and want it now. Life is like a white water rafting ride (at some level) meaning that you get in at the beginning and even though the water is rough at times, it is an amazing thrill to experience. Never would you go to the end of the trip and put the raft in and then get out because you are at your destination. It is the journey that we get the joy of experiencing, regardless of what happens. First of all I want to let you know that I am a devout fan and follower. I have purchased nearly all of your material and have used that to apply the principles to every area of my life. I recall that you suggested that we find an anchor - I wanted to let you know that your voice is my anchor…anytime I hear your voice I can engage the tools you’ve created and create lasting change in my life..
I am struggling with something where I’ve yet to find relief. No matter what I have done in my life in terms of therapy, medication or volunteering, I am always lonely..nothing I have been able to do has been able to help me not feel lonely. I can spend time with a friend and feel met, but when they leave I feel lonely…often times I’ll verbalize how I feel lonely,,,,…
I am doing much better in my life considering that I have been sober a very long time and no longer attend meetings (as I have my own path)..I came from a family situation of incest, catastrophic physical and satanic abuse, etc, etc, etc,,,,,
I’ve gotten to the place of realizing that I am not my story and that I am more that the sum of my life experiences…to quote you, I am reminded that my past does not equal the present..
I think I am doing better in my life as I am no longer depressed,,,I have stopped cutting on myself,,,however, I can’t seem to ever shake the feeling of being lonely…..I have tried to create a state of feeling and being connected, but that hasn’t seemed to work for any significant period of time.
I’ve been employed as a social worker for the last 24 years and love what I do….I’ve been very successful in helping people navigate sobriety independent of meetings, etc….I’d like to feel successful in my life…it seems to me that if I didn’t feel lonely much of my life would change in a very big way..
Any feedback you have would be helpful….thanks for all you do Tony…..frankly, I think you rock..

I came across your talk on TED about 6 months ago, at a time where I was trying to figure out the meaning of life, from that point forward I read and applied ‘Awaken the Giant’ attended UPW and am now part of Mastery University.
I am very curious always searching for answers from many different sources such as science, spirituality etc and have been reading and researching everything from positive psychology, neuroscience, Buddhism and other religions, NLP, etc etc etc..
Awaken the Giant is full of true goodness, the belief ‘replacement’ and the prioritization of values helped me immensely and I look forward to apply it again during DWD 2009 Oz.
Before I ask my 2 questions I just want to say I am truly grateful for your work, it has literally changed my life and opened new doors to continue my exploration of the meaning of life.
My first question is a second attempt to get some names of women role models. I asked you this question at UPW sydney this year and would like to ask you if you could expand your answer. I am a dedicated follower of TED and can only imagine the amazing women you know from TED and other sources that are though leaders in their fields of mastery and can be wonderful role models. I celebrate women leaders in todays world as I feel there is a significant lack of well known role models out there.The more diverse they are the more options women will have to find inspiration and guidance. thank you in advance :o)
Second question: When I research I go deep :o) due to a number of sources I decided to investigate ‘the secret’ and have attended Abraham-Hicks talk, and read most of their material. The logical next step ( because I liked what I learned after a lot of apprehension ) was to start reading Seth.
I am just in the beginning of ‘The Nature of Personal reality’ I was surprised to find a lot of commonality between some of your approach in’ Awaken the Giant’ and Seths teachings ( belief replacement etc). I also notice the absolute importance of state during the exercises in UPW and WM. I have to ask, did you use this material as one of your sources? I assume these patterns are also defined elsewhere such a tradition, religion etc…but I did find a lot of parallels. I am learning loads and enjoying it very much.

I am glad they are comfortable with there mother’s mad ways. I am an ARTIST…that says it all really.
I felt so bad about making a post on here last night that I spent my day trying to make up for it. I have had a string of both amazing and horrible things happen leading up to the new year…nothing is ever normal in my life. Ask anyone who knows me LOL! It is either absolutely unbelievably good, or worse than possibly imaginable. Sometimes I think an average life would be wonderful!
But then again…I am not so good at boring.
I often wonder why things happen in my life. And I am often asked by my puzzled friends…why do these strange things always happen to you? I am not sure, but I have to believe that I am being given challenges and tests to make me stronger. If nothing else my life seems to be entertaining to my friends. No matter how hard I try to be normal…it is never going to happen…because I am very abnormal!
My children think it’s highly amusing. They often say to me …we are not a normal family are we mum…we are more interesting
My mother out law keeps telling me I am crazy in a good way…more like eccentric! But then she is an artist too.
Sometimes I feel like I am completely loosing the plot and just want to curl up and sleep…but at least now I have very powerful ways of shaking myself out of such moments. Sometimes nothing works…and I have to do exactly that…sleep it off! But then again maybe that is my mind’s way of coping with an overload of data…complete shutdown. Very much like my computer. I suppose that makes sense.
I do not take medication for depression…apart from the fact I am allergic to practically everything…I don’t think altering your state chemically is a productive way of facing your problems.
Today I did something I swore I would never do again.
My new years resolution last year was to be making enough money from my art to never have to do housekeeping again!
My birthday is 22nd of April…and by February I had been offered a job as a graphic designer (and I am not even qualified)…how’s that for manifestation?
Well today I went back to housekeeping!
I am allergic to the chemicals…and physically not capable of it…but it was to help out a good friend.
So even though it went against every fibre of my being…I said yes!
And you know what…my hands are covered in burns…and I feel physically ill…but I am happy. I spent the day with a dear friend, and felt like I had done something good.
And I will go back again tomorrow and feel good.
Because it is not always the things we enjoy that make us happy. Sometimes pain is a good thing. Does that make sense?

Happy New Year and blessings to all who are fellow travelers. A quick post to share an amazing experience last Sat. It was very cold and windy with ice, slush and snow still on the ground but where we do our training runs, it was well sanded. One of the hallmarks of post polio syndrome (a diagnosis which I have been blessed to defy) is cold intolerance. Rather than running upteen times around an indoor track, we decided to brave the cold and run outside. The pain was searing but I was able to transcend the pain by feeling God’s presence surround me in the amazing scenes of nature we were blessed to see. Although I have never attend your trainings, Tony, I thought about fire walking and focused on God, listened to my iPod, talked with my husband and made it through the training run because I am not running just for me - we are running to raise money for such an important cause in Spaulding Rehab Hospital. I am also ever so grateful to you for your support because it certainly helped to fuel me as pushed myself further than I ever dreamed imaginable. I allowed that powerful force within to drive me forward. Blessings to you and Sage and all you hold dear that this year be the most phenomenal year yet! I really admire your incredible wealth of knowledge as well as your ability to bring out the best in others. I am a teenager in SIngapore facing arguably my biggest decision of my life so far.
I am currently in the middle of a 2-year course (studying maths, economics, biology and chemistry) en route to university. However, I must admit I have not enjoyed as much as I would like to partly due to poor results. Recently, I found out another institue offering a 3-year course on psychology studies, my main interest. Dear Tony, I am in a dilemma right now do I give up on everything I have right now to pursue my dream or just continue anyway and study psychology in the University? Good move on the blog Tony - I wanted to personally thank you for making me realise that I had the power to change when I felt so miserable about myself. I was so miserable that it took a whole year just to implement minor changes and i’m positive that if I continue to channel in to you I can really step up! Nobody else encouraged me to jump out of bed at 5 in the morning and begin motivating myself but you and AWAKEN. In the last year I lost nearly 4 stone in weight and totally changed inside out for the better so for that I thank you

When you released Personal Power II I purchased and studied that program and when you released Get The Edge I studied that one too! You have been a true inspiration for me most of my adult life. In fact I just wrote a book based on something I learned from you in a story your told in your first personal power program. This story was about a kid that learned kinaestheticly and you tell a story about how he talked about surfing. In this part of the program you briefly touched on our three core learning styles. I have developed a step by step program that teaches people how to learn and retain information much faster on a subconscious level to make permanent changes without trying to memorize tons of information. I thank you for doing this for myself and so many other people out there that need something else then what we are seeing on the news these days. I am changing everyday and I know it’s because I have taped into the power I have within and every book I read I am becoming stronger and I know that my life is changing and I am gratefull to God, to people like you and to myself for getting myself out of my pit of adversety. I am gratefull for my problems and challanges because I am seeing them as my road map to success in my life. When I have a problem I follow the map to were it’s taking me and when I make whatever change needed it takes me to another destination were ultimitly there’s another problem/challange. Thanks to you Tony and other theachers I feel positive about my life and know I am well on my way to a better and real life. One of the things that has help me is to stop hurryng. When I feel myself going to fast I stop and think hey…live and enjoy the moment because my solution to my problem could be stairing me in the face but when I go to fast I miss it. I love the people in my life with new eyes. I see them as I want to be seen, loved and appreciated for who they are, and not what the world would want them to be. I feel a sence of gratitute for people like you Tony because Oh My God what would we do if we were left alone in this sea of negativity that we hear, see and experience from day to day. About the video feeds, I think it’s a great idea. What about a talk show on the internet where you could interview people who have changed there lives by following the steps to change. I think people need to know from the average joe out there that you can start were you stand and change your life for the better. You could also find created ways for people to be a part of it online…

Being over in Australia it is hard to access the right kind of coaches that target a life with a holistic approach. Would love to have more ‘recharge of motivation and focus’ type available from you but subscription may not work for us because of the current exchange rate issues. I guess it depends on how you set it up.

I attended one of your classes in Atlanta approximately 20 years ago with my husband. I loved it. You are such an amazing person.
I have your classes on Personal Power and The Edge. I wish that I could attend more of your classes, but my life has changed drastically since then. I am no longer married, and my finances are not good.
Tony, I grew up poor like you. My mom had a 3rd grade education and my dad had a 6th grade education. My mom was the strong one and struggled to keep food on the table and a roof over our head. She folded shirts and stood on her feet all day in a shirt factory. We never had any kind of assistance. She worked all day, and we grew all of our food, and she canned and froze our vegetables. All of her life she made minimum wage, but managed to save enough money to buy a little house. There were no jobs where we grew up, and she was very limited with a 3rd grade education. Her father made her quit school and work on the farm. She had 12 brothers and sisters.
All 3 of her children finished college. Her goal was to get us through high school, but I was determined to get out of poverty, and I knew the only out was to get a scholarship which I did. Then when my mom saw that I could do it she wanted the other 2 to do it, so they borrowed money and worked and did it too. The college that I attended rejected my sister’s education, but I went to the Dean of Women and begged so that they gave her a chance. My brother was not going to go, but I completed his education and made him go.
I have lost my way now, and want the person back that I used to be with the drive and determination. I have made some bad decisions which have really messed me up financially. After the divorce, I didn’t want to live. I suffer alot from anxiety and depression and recently had a real bad episode with depression when my medicine quit working. I would give anything to be able to stop the depression and get off meds, but my doctors have said it is a chemical imbalance. I have struggled with depression since a child, but didn’t know what it is until now. It is alot worse than it was when I was a child, but started then because of trauma then, I think. I suffer so much with low self esteem, and would do anything to change it. I think that low self esteem is the cause of alot of my problems. I am in IT and my self esteem affects my job.
Do you have any advice or help that you could give me? Thanks for anything.
Thanks Tony! Getting messages from you on a regular basis has brought me back into “momentem”. I started your Personal Power and Get the Edge program roughly 6 years ago and it surely made some huge changes in my life. I’ve always believed that we as humans have the potential to be whatever we want but it was definately a struggle between knowing you want something different than what you’ve grown up in and knowing how to get there. I can say today I am happy in my life! A few months back I started feeling stuck in a rut of balance between family, my passions and work and I started getting depressed. I thought time to break out the Tony tapes again, however I have just that; audio tapes and can not for the life of me find a tape player and unfortunately am low on funds on purchasing the set in CD, but just about that time you started sending these messages… what a blessing!! Thanks so much Tony for your heart, your passion and sharing what you’ve learned so that we may experience a better life too. God Bless!

Hi, I just want to say real quick, that I do suffer from Aniexty and complusive disorders, that I myself after years of therapy and pills, which I do niether one anymore, have learned to control it myself. I am a newbie to you, and from what I have seen, I beleive you, I also, believe that God is there for me, and anything I have gone through good or bad, is not his fault, but either my own doing, or just life itself. We are having a hard time now, my husband after 22 years of work was downsized. We are trying to think postive through this hard time, that many are feeling too. So even though I do not know much about you, from what I have seen. I believe you. And you were very good in Shallow Hal, by the way. Thanks you for listening. Peggy
I received this link from a newsletter I receive from An Interview with God. It was a pleasure to watch and see you speak with such happiness and passion. You reminded me Of some one I had not thought of in years - Dr. Peale. I remember trying to attend a seminar some thiry-five years ago! So much of what you said is a part of my philosophy and my life. We all need a refreshing kick in the pants now and then when we become victims of our horrible stressful lives. If I could communicate just one thing to everyone I ever come in contact with in my life it would be to have passion in your life about something, anything. Without passion there is no real spark of life! Without passion you are just hanging around for the “END”. Might as well get in a box and wait.

thank you for that message. i have never wrote in a blog before im not really good with a computer at all, but i am 25 years old and i have a 3 year old child and a wife that i love so much. im so scared that i wont be the man they need in there life. i am a beliver in christ and i know that everything will bee ok but not to worrie is so hard not to do. last week we were getting ready for our wedding after 8 years of dating and i find out that she is pregnant, later that day i was layed off. i was scared and not noing what to do,so i pray and pray and pray. now i have a interveiw tomorrow and hope fully things will work out. but after hearing the words you said i feel abit more compfortable about my problom, it will only make me stronger. thank you agian for your words.your friend corey bennett and famly
